We love our customers! Especially the ones who enjoy ordering in bulk. One lady buys every single Kailua Bay soy wax candle we have in stock. Another lady swipes us out of lavender soy wax candles. Then there are the ones who want to know our favorite. The fact is - we love every single scent. The pumpkin soy wax candles are so lovely when the weather turns crisp - fresh fig is wonderful anytime of year. And yes, Kailua Bay will always remind me of home.

This past week we worked on a huge custom order - 100 packets of lavender bath salts, each one with an original hand painted card, 100 soy wax candles and 100 bars of soap - all in lavender. We've been wrapping them in pretty bags and will deliver them to the hostess who will be handing them out at a conference next week.

Which got us thinking about our t-lights. Not only are they made from soy wax with a pure cotton wick, but this tiny wonder burns for an incredible 4.5 - 5.5 hours! They throw a lovely scent and are only $1.25 each or 4 for $5.00.

Introducing our new line of Splurge Jewelry is this detailed, one of kind, expandable blue necklace. The precision required to make this piece is mind-boggling! Depending on the neck size, this necklace opens to expand or contract - brilliant!

This necklace will come in blue, purple, green and combination colors to start with. We'll be selling these for $34.95 and I have a feeling, these are going to go fast. We're also designing/creating sterling silver bangles and more.

We've got new room/body sprays made, some exciting new soaps (including pomegranate), candles & all kinds of goodies.

It's non-stop action around here, but we're loving every single moment of it. There's a restaurant nearby that boasts a beautiful outdoor fountain with tables and chairs surrounding it. With the beautiful,sunny weather we've been having this week, we've been over there almost every day getting inspired by the Italian theme and design.

Cooler Weather = Candles!!

As soon as the weather gets a little cooler - we start creating new candle scents - this week was no exception. We came up with "Breathe" which is like a walk through the forest - pine notes mingle throughout to make a wonderful scent-sation. It's in a chubby 2 oz. size.



Another favorite is the Lavender which we put into a 4 oz chubby size and the overall affect is so soothing. We've been lighting these at night - trying to catch the last few moments of the summer


We've met all kinds of new friends this summer from Toronto who get so excited at finding soy wax candles - they've been loading up on supplies before their flights back:)

The most frequent request last Saturday was for Sweet Pea Soap! It usually does very well in the early spring, so when we sold out we didn't make anymore new. Then a few weeks ago, we got the idea to combine "Sweet Pea" with "Peony" and made the most brilliant Goat's Milk Soap called "Sweet Peony". It's a lovely fresh scent and the design is beautiful. It will be cured in time for this Saturday - but we only made 10 bars.




And lastly, with Labor Day upon is, it's only natural that people have begun asking us about Christmas shows! We'll keep reminding you - but here's where we'll be.
