Splurge's New Energy Palm Free Soap

Here is our newest baby and it's palm free with added cocoa and shea butter. It's tentatively named Energy although that might change.

Here is the final result:

When it came out of the mold it looked almost a salmon colour. You can see that shade in the bottom part of the soap log. Then within a few days it went a lovely pink shade.

It took about 3-4 days until the pink turned brighter and the scent is a mild citrus with full bodied notes.

This soap involved quite a few stages but I like the way it turned out. I have lots of new soaps to blog about that include Splurge's palm signature base. I may try another palm free one down the road.

Stay tuned,

Thanks, I had an idea in my head of what colours I wanted to use but wasn't sure how it would turn out.

this one is really beautiful in composition all around. it looks like it would perform well, too, unlike some other cp soaps with inlays sticking out the top with maddening length and mountainous structures that break off or in two while working up a nice lather
