Here is the final result:
Splurge's Energy Palm Free Soap with cocoa and shea butter |
When it came out of the mold it looked almost a salmon colour. You can see that shade in the bottom part of the soap log. Then within a few days it went a lovely pink shade.
Unmolded Energy Palm Free soap log It took about 3-4 days until the pink turned brighter and the scent is a mild citrus with full bodied notes. |
Splurge's Energy Palm Free soap side by side |
This soap involved quite a few stages but I like the way it turned out. I have lots of new soaps to blog about that include Splurge's palm signature base. I may try another palm free one down the road.
Stay tuned,
Splurge Sisters

Very pretty!
I'm such a sucker for embedded cold process. It turned out great and I love the colors!
Woah - that's really pretty! I love the pink!
Thanks, I had an idea in my head of what colours I wanted to use but wasn't sure how it would turn out.
Gorgeous! xo Jen
your soaps are so beautiful!!!!
wooow!!
this one is really beautiful in composition all around. it looks like it would perform well, too, unlike some other cp soaps with inlays sticking out the top with maddening length and mountainous structures that break off or in two while working up a nice lather
Thanks ladies.
