So all week I've been dreaming of my croissants and then today, I actually read the ENTIRE recipe and find out that these little lovelies will take 3 DAYS TO MAKE!!You do the math. They won't be ready for tomorrow's market (sorry Judy:( . I'll whip up a batch of some crescent rolls and will stuff them with Callebaut Chocolate - that should hold you over until next week.
So the picture above is distract you from the fact that the croissants won't be appearing but I'll have lots of country seed breads, buns, cinnamon buns, foccaccia and of course, the chocolate crescents.
Even if it rains, come by and see us.
