My Canada Day was wonderful and here is my best photo of the fireworks. We were on the parliament steps watching the incredible display of lights.

I have no idea how I got this photo but I was snapping photos like crazy and managed to get this cool effect.

I have two new soaps I made and both are glycerin which I don't make as often as I used too.
The first one is a Lime and Coconut loofah. Loofah soap are always popular with our markets. This time I decided to do a square instead of the round shape:

This scent is one of my summer time favourites and anything coconut is just incredible.

We have had requests for almond soap so I decided to whip up some smaller sized soaps for customers to try. Amy of Great Cake Soapworks has some great information on using Bitter Almond essential oil. I used an extract but was a bit panicked after I read Amy's information and contacted my supplier and it is skin safe.

This scent is intoxicating and reminds me of cherries and has a lovely almond fragrance.

We have been making a lot of soap lately as we are launching new scents. Watch out for the following soaps: Beer, Lavender, Chai and Cinnamon.

Hi =)
They look So summery & beautiful!!
Especially I love the color of Lime& Coconut Soap.
My favourite is the Wild Blue Almond. For me it looks like blue summer sky with white clouds. These colours are so beautiful! But I'd never expect a cherry almond fragrance, but something more like "summer wind".
