Hello to all my fellow Splurgies,
The above photo was a Christmas order I recently sent out to a friend in California.
We just had our first Christmas show this past week-end at Calico and we were so happy the weather held up. It was nice seeing other vendors we knew from Moss Street Market and running into friends. Also it was wonderful for us to have a dry run to set up our booth and figure out how we display all of our new goodies. The star soap bundles were a hit and something we will stock for our upcoming show tomorrow.
Tuesday November 17th we will be at the Hearts and Hands Show.
Description
This event features handcrafted items created by UVic students and staff. Admission is free. Items for sale include childrens items, candles, jewelry, greeting cards and paper products, bath items, soaps and lotions, handmade pens, turned wood and more.
All proceeds from table fees and raffle basket ticket sales are donated to the United Way Campaign. It's located at the University Centre Lobby from 10:00am until 4:30pm.
We were also selling our products at the Friends of Government House which was a wonderful atmosphere.
