Earl Grey Soap and Morning Hike

Hello,

Wonderful hike up Mount Douglas Park, yesterday.  With a few breaks it takes about 24 minutes. It winds up and up and you feel your heart pumping and the gasping for breath begins.  My goal is to be able to climb this hill with ease and be able to do it twice. It was my second time this week so it was a little bit easier.  I live in one of the most beautiful places in the Pacific Northwest and we have some amazing walking trails.

I'm writing this post from our Saturday market. It's a bit chilly today but we have our toasty propane heater to keep us warm.

We made a new batch of Earl Grey Vegan Soap and I used an essential oil blend including Bergamot.

Have a great week-end everyone.

WOW I totally love the look of that soap,it looks buttery and creamy below, love the dark colour and the top is so fresh looking with the beautiful pastel coloured rolls. Bergamot has to be one of my favorite scents,I know its expensive but it really is so worth it. Beeautiful!

Soapchick,

Thanks, my Bergamot wasn't too expensive and I discovered it a year ago (prior to that I used Sweet Orange alot and still do)

Donna,

Thanks :) your comment made me smile.

Jen,

It is a lovely scent and I added a bit of Patchouli too.

blog-a-beaute,

Thanks, you should go on a morning walk, it really wakes you up and your exercise is done for the day.
