Cadboro essential oil Soap

Hello Friends,

This was posted early this morning on Saturday but for some reason it didn't show up on any feeds.

It's early in the morning here as it's our market day and wanted to get a post up before my day begins
As mentioned in my last post I'm featuring my beer soap with essential oils.

Here she is in the mold:

I added Hops on top.

Here is the soap out of the mold

This soap is scented with pure esssential oils including Lime and Clove.

I love what beer adds to a soap, this is one of my favourites so far. It's creamy, smooth and has lovely bubblage.  You can get one here.

So I finally got my new chair all set up last night. Here is what it looks like:

My new plush office chair (it's so comfy and they had to order it as they were out of stock)
Here is a photo of the pedestal desk my sister and I put together last week (it came in a million pieces).

Jen of Jenora Soaps asked to see a photo of my finished soap.  I've just designed a new cigar label that took hours (and I mean hours) to figure out partly as it has 4 sides and I wanted it to exactly fit each width.

Blackberry Sage Soap wrapped for purchase (we started doing labels like this for our sprays awhile back and I wanted to use this design for our soaps)
The last photo is our new Pumpkin Spice 100% Soy wax Votives:

Have a great week-end, I'm off to our market where we'll have our new gluten free pumpkin tarts.

Woah.... frusTRATION! Why does this keep happening to your blog?? I absolutely love the photos of this beer soap. They make me REALLy want to try one. Thanks for the shout out. I know about the tweeking to get cigar bands perfect. Not easy. I design my packaging in a program which I got a free demo of, called Serif Page Plus. Recently I bought the full package. Not expensive. Thanks for the post!! xoxo

Jen,

Oh I know, apparently this problem is not rare as there are several people on the forums posting about this issue. I tried something a few hours ago so obviously it worked and hopefully it will all go smoothly from here on out.

Currently using Microsoft Word to do labels as it's what my sister is used to although we have looked at other options. I'm on a Mac and I know a lot of soapers use Photoshop which I will learn one of these days. I'll check out the program you mentioned.

Absolutely stunning soap! It's so glossy and airy; it reminds me of taffy. Isn't packaging difficult? But I like your clean and simple labels.

tenthavenuesoap,

Thank you, love your description. Yes, I think most people haven no idea the hours that go into packaging.
